An injustice is the denial of a greater right to preserve a lesser one. Denying rights that protect lesser values to  maintain rights that protect greater values are what good laws are suppose to do. We deny the right to drive one hundred miles an hour because the value of life is greater than the value of being on time for an appointment. This is the principal on which the idea of justice is built.

      Now concerning abortion, except in very rare cases the harm done to the child in an abortion is always greater than the harm done to the mother. Therefore abortion for birth control is unjust. Any law that puts the mother before the child in abortion is unjust. The right of the mother to have an abortion does not overrule the right of the child to be protected from violence. In other words it is just to deny the mother the right of an abortion to stop the killing of a child.

A Notion on Pornography

Pornography manipulates the thoughts, feelings and even the chemical balances in the bodies of those who use it, especially those with testosterone pumping thru their veins. In this way pornographers may be guilty of some of the same things that tobacco companies are accused of, that is providing a product that once used, starts a process whereby the user, if so predisposed, may effectually lose their ability to control it's use. These pushers may be guilty of an act  in which men are reduced to human ATMs. Not to mention being driven to behavior that could lower their emotional stability, undermine their self-esteem, interrupt their relationships, and waste their money, time and is sinful. (the concept of "sin" will be addressed in a separate notion)

Pornography has a biological effect on its users because they unwittingly condition their bodies to receive endorphins and other brain chemicals thru the sexual stimulation that pornography provides, which release these chemicals to the brain. 

At times of increased stress or depression or boredom the body and mind will demand more pornography for more endorphins. This could escalate into to the point that a sexual relationship with the spouse is less appealing than a pornographic fantasy accompanied with masturbation. This is the manipulating control that porno pushers hope to have in order to hook a user and profit from them.

It is no coincidence the amount of money internet pornographers can expect to make. Pornography is not much different in its ability to coerce from tobacco or cocaine.

Ephesians 5:3-14

But fornication, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not even be named among you, as becometh saints; nor filthiness, nor foolish talking, or jesting, which are not befitting: but rather giving of thanks. For this ye know of a surety, that no fornicator, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, hath any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and God. Let no man deceive you with empty words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the sons of disobedience. Be not ye therefore partakers with them; For ye were once darkness, but are now light in the Lord: walk as children of light (for the fruit of the light is in all goodness and righteousness and truth), proving what is well-pleasing unto the Lord; and have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather even reprove them; for the things which are done by them in secret it is a shame even to speak of. But all things when they are reproved are made manifest by the light: for everything that is made manifest is light. Wherefore he saith, Awake, thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall shine upon thee.

We have all seen and heard the lists of  things that religion calls sin, the bible also contains such lists, these are valid in that there are acts (contained in such lists) that are sinful. I want to propose that all sin can be reduced to a condition of the heart that is the root of it. It can be said this way, “all sin springs from a condition of the human heart that is so darkened that it does not love that which is most lovable, namely God himself.” Scripture often refers to this as being deaf or blind. This not treasuring that which is most valuable, not counting as most precious that which is most beautiful., and not giving the highest esteem to Him who is most worthy of it is the essence of sin. It is as if the taste buds of the soul are grossly deformed and malfunctioning and find more delight in the creation rather than the creator who is the eternal source of all. It seems needless to say that when this condition is active in us we do not hope in, trust in, believe in, have faith in, depend on, nor delight in God. This is the essence of sin and the root of why all the acts of sin in all the lists we have seen are in fact sinful, whether they are done by  a Christian fighting the fight of faith or someone who believes there is no God.

Rom 7:24-25

It is no wonder the Apostle Paul wrote “Wretched man that I am! Who will rescue me from this body of death?
